The universal spring machine adopts a Taiwan computer control system and a servo motor imported from Japan, featuring convenient and fast operation, high speed, and high precision.
The three axes are the cam axis, wire feeding axis, rotating mandrel axis, and winding (optional accessory), which can operate synchronously.
The wire feeding system is horizontally installed at the rear of the machine, with a total of 2 sets of wire feeding axes. The computer controls the wire feeding length, ensuring wear resistance and minimal noise, while operating synchronously with the cam axis and rotating mandrel axis.
The positions of the axes, wire feeding length, production speed, and production quantity are displayed on the screen. The program data can be edited and modified online, making debugging very convenient. It is equipped with precision detection and tracking devices, which can automatically shut down the machine if unqualified products are detected.
The machine can produce various types of springs, including tension springs, compression springs, pagoda springs, double torsion springs, flat springs, and other shaped springs. It can be applied in industries such as lighting, electronics, toys, sports equipment, and more.
