2. The five axes include the camshaft, wire feeding axis, rotating axis, core rotating axis, and winding axis (optional accessory), all of which can operate synchronously. The position of each axis, wire feeding length, production speed, and production quantity can be displayed on the screen, allowing for online editing and modification of program data, making debugging very fast.
3. The cam section consists of eight sets of sliders, crank arms, and cam rotating shafts. The wire feeding system is horizontally installed at the back of the machine. The rotating axis can control the rotation of the wire, making it simpler and faster to adjust the machine for complex-shaped springs. The core rotating axis can rotate in both directions, and the winding device is installed on the slider.
